What’s changing?
Our returns window remains a generous 365 days from the date of purchase — so you still have a full year to return an item if it’s not quite right.
We’re just making a small tweak to how refunds work, depending on when you send your item back.”
- 0–60 days from purchase: You can return your item for a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an exchange.
- 61–365 days from purchase: You can return your item for a store credit or exchange.
- Final sale items: If returned, these will be eligible for a store credit only.
This update allows us to process returns more efficiently and continue to offer a long return window for all of our lovely customers.
Why the change?
We know that flexibility matters — life gets busy! Our 365-day return window is here to stay.
However, most returns happen within the first couple of months, so introducing a store credit option for returns made after 60 days helps us reduce processing costs and continue offering free or discounted return shipping options.
What stays the same?
- You still have 365 days from purchase to return an item.
- You can still choose an exchange or store credit at any time.
- Free return postage remains available when you choose store credit.
- Returns can still be started easily through your Returns Portal (we’ll update this link once the new system is live).
Final sale items
Some items may be marked final sale, these can not be returned.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, you’ll see this clearly marked at checkout and on your order confirmation email.
