We pride ourselves on a generous returns policy. You have a year to change your mind on any items that you have not worn, with tags attached.
Please return within 60 days for a refund, credit or exchange. If you miss that, you still have up to a year for a credit or exchange
- You can also access free return postage when you choose credit or exchange in the first 60 days, or use our $10.95 prepaid label anywhere in Australia.
Please note:
- Our $10.95 returns label and FREE postage is only available for Australian residents.
- The refund amount you will receive is for your item/s and does not include the postage charges
- While general sale items follow the guarantee above, final sale styles (clearly marked online) can be returned for credit only.

Rehatched Returns - Worn Items (or over 365 days)
We offer lifetime returns on birdsnest styles, even after you have worn them!
For items that you have worn or that you purchased over 365 days ago, you have access to lifetime returns through our preloved program, Rehatched. Please return items in good to excellent condition, we’ll pop a little birdsnest credit on your account and find your pre-loved item a brand new home.
