If you used our pre-paid returns label:
In your returns form and postage label document there will a tracking number for your returning parcel, this number should start with the letters QTF followed by 13 numbers.
If you organised your own return shipping:
If your return shipping included a tracking number you will be able to track it on the AusPost website.
Unfortunately, if you did not register your parcel there is no way of knowing it has arrived until it has been processed. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to let you know.
When your parcel has arrived to us it should say 'delivered Cooma'
