If you can’t see your store credit, here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you’re logged in
Store credit is linked to your account, so you’ll need to be logged in to view it. You’ll see your balance in your account or at checkout. - Check you’re using the right account
If you have more than one email address, your store credit may be linked to a different one. It may have already been used
Your store credit could have been applied to a previous order.
