Yes! You can view your past orders anytime in your Birdsnest account.
Here’s how:
- Log into your account.
- Head to Orders & Returns.
- You’ll see a list of your recent orders — click into any order to view more details.
From here, you can also track your parcel, start a return, or reorder your favourites.
