Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email containing the tracking information of your parcel. The email has the subject: your parcel from birdsnest is on it's way! which will contain the tracking number. To track your parcel, click on the link provided in the email. This will take you to the Australia Post website where you will be able to see your tracking history while the parcel is in transit and will allow you to see when it is due for delivery. Please allow some time for the tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website. You may also receive an email from Australia Post which will also update you on the progress of your parcel.
You can also track your parcel through your account on the site.
- Log into your account on our website by clicking on your name, or head shaped icon, at the top of your screen.
- Click 'Orders & Returns'
- Next to your recent order there will be a ‘track order’ button. You can click on this and will be taken to the Australia Post website with the tracking details pre-filled.
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected contact customer service on 1300 696 378 or email customerservice@birdsnest.com.au and we will start investigating immediately for you.
