You can order online by following the below steps:
- Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the colour and size of each item you'd like, then 'add to bag'.
- You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
- At My Bag page of the checkout:
- Select your Delivery method.
- The options are either Australia (Express Post), New Zealand, International* postage, or you can choose Pick up in store (*The list of overseas countries we ship to is shown at step 2 of the checkout).
- Enter any promotional codes that we have running at the time.
- Select 'upgrade to changeroom', for $9.95 if you want a pre-paid returns label.
- Select 'gift wrapping', for just $4.95 if your purchase is a gift.
- Click 'Checkout’ to go to the Customer Information page.
- At the Customer Information page:
- Enter your email address
- If you have an account you will be prompted to Log In
- If you don't have an account, you will be prompted to create one.
- You can choose to checkout as guest
- At Delivery Details page:
- Select an address from the drop down box or enter your delivery details
- You may tick ‘My billing address is the same as my shipping address’
- Include delivery instructions in the box below your delivery details. These instructions will print on the postage label for the postie.
- You can also choose to tick the I require a signature on delivery box if you'd prefer this option.
- Select your preferred wrapping choice from dropdown menu
- Select how you heard about us from dropdown menu
- Click Continue.
- At Billing Details page
- If you did not tick the my billing address is the same as my shipping address box you will be prompted to enter your billing details now.
- Click Continue
- At Payment page:
- If you have a store credit this will be automatically applied. You can choose to unselect ‘Apply store credit to my order’
- If you wish to use a gift voucher or credit note, please select ‘gift voucher or credit note’ and complete this selection first before selecting another payment option to pay the balance.
- Select your payment method, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard, ZipPay, PayPal and Afterpay.
- Select ‘Place Order’
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a 'birdsnest Order Confirmation' email.
