Why is the print window for my returns form and label not showing up?Updated 21 days ago

You may be experiencing difficulties printing out your returns form and label as the print window is not appearing. You can print the form and label from the 'Order & Returns' tab on the website, find the order you are returning and click on 'View Details'. This will then take you to a new page where you can reprint the returns form by clicking 'Print Returns Form'.

 

Ensure that the pop-ups are unblocked, by clicking on the error in the URL (shown below) and selecting 'Always allow pop-ups from www.birdsnest.com.au'
