Why is my returns form link not opening?Updated 21 days ago

You might have clicked on the returns form link within your birdsnest return confirmation email and it is not loading or you might have received an error on the website when activating your returns form.

You can access your returns form and label through the website - 

1. Log into the website and go to the person icon at the top

2. Click on Orders & Returns

3. Locate the order you are returning from the list

4. Click on View Order Details

5. Here you can Print Return Form
