When you choose the $10.95 pre-paid return option, it means that the flat rate of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund total or exchange amount when your return is processed. 

Our website will generate a postage label for you to print and stick onto your parcel, with your returning item/s. Once the label is attached, your final step is to drop your parcel into a red post box or into a Post Office and it will make its way back to us via regular post.

This is usually the most cost-effective way for you to return any item/s, the price is the same no matter how heavy or large your return parcel is.
