What happens once I have lodged my return online?Updated 21 days ago

Once you have submitted your return online you can send it to us. 

1.  Print your returns label.If you don't have access to a printer > see - How can I use your prepaid return label if I don't have a printer? You can use our re-sealable satchel to send the return back to us. Attach the label to the outside of the package.
2. Take it to your nearest Australia Post drop-off location, find out more here

Once it arrives back at the nest we will process and finalise your return. We will send you the email "birdsnest Return Received" with all of the information.

If you are exchanging items we will cover the cost of posting your items out to you.
