How can I return my order if I don't have a printer?Updated 21 days ago

There are two ways to send your return to us:

1. Arrange your own postage

   • Post the item back to us using your preferred method.

   • Include a note with your name, email address, postal address, and order ID.

2. Use our prepaid return label

   • Select the prepaid label option online.

   • You’ll receive a barcode that most Post Offices can scan and print for you.

   • To find participating locations, visit auspost.com.au/print-locations.

   • Include a note with your order number, name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
