How can I send back an order for an exchange?Updated 12 days ago

Let’s make exchanging nice and easy!

You can lodge a return and exchange in just a few steps:

1. Head to our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your email and order number.
3. Let us know the items you would like to return
4. Select your postage option — you can use a prepaid Birdsnest label, or your own. If you exchange within 60 days from your purchase, we will provide the returns label for free. 
5. Next step is where you select exchange and then can choose either: 
   • Same Item, different size - that is perfect if you just need to change the size.
   • Different item -If you’d like a different colour, style or something completely different, simply search and select it as a new item in the portal.
6. Pop your items in a parcel (reusing your Birdsnest satchel is perfect!) and post it back to us.

Note: we will hold your exchange items for you while your parcel makes its way back to us
