Let’s make your return nice and easy!

You can lodge a return in just a few steps:

1. Head to our Returns Portal
2. Enter your email and order number.
3. Let us know the items you would like to return
4. Select your postage option — you can use a prepaid Birdsnest label, or your own. If you choose credit or exchange within 60 days from purchase, the returns label is free.
5. Choose what you’d like to do — refund, credit or exchange.
6. Pop your items in a parcel (reusing your Birdsnest satchel is perfect!) and post it back to us.

If you decide to arrange your own return postage, we recommend getting a tracking number for your return parcel. You can send this to:
