Let’s make exchanging nice and easy!
You can lodge a return and exchange in just a few steps:
- Head to our Returns Portal.
- Enter your email and order number.
- Let us know the items you would like to return
- Select your postage option — you can use a prepaid Birdsnest label, or your own. If you exchange within 60 days from your purchase, we will provide the returns label for free.

Next step is where you select exchange and then can choose either:
- Same Item, different variant - that is perfect if you just need to change the size or colour of an item
- Different item - when you want to swap your return for an alternative item that may be a different price too.
Tip: If you’re exchanging for a different item, it’s best to browse our website first and choose the styles you’d like. Have their names handy to search easily in the returns portal.
- Pop your items in a parcel (reusing your Birdsnest satchel is perfect!) and post it back to us.
Note: we will hold your exchange items for you while your parcel makes its way back to us :)
