Let’s make exchanging nice and easy!
You can lodge a return and exchange in just a few steps:
- Head to our Returns Portal.
- Enter your email and order number.
- Let us know the items you would like to return
- Select your postage option — you can use a prepaid Birdsnest label, or your own. If you exchange within 60 days from your purchase, we will provide the returns label for free.
- Next step is where you select exchange and then can choose either:
- Same Item, different size - that is perfect if you just need to change the size.
- Different item -If you’d like a different colour, style or something completely different, simply search and select it as a new item in the portal.
- Pop your items in a parcel (reusing your Birdsnest satchel is perfect!) and post it back to us.
Note: we will hold your exchange items for you while your parcel makes its way back to us
