Why won't my Style Guide download?Updated 21 days ago

Your style report may not be working or downloading for a few different reasons. Below are some steps to troubleshoot the issue

Are you using Chrome?

• If so, have you checked the bottom-left corner for the downloaded file?
• If you're getting an error opening the file in Chrome, please let us know either at [email protected], or on 1300 696 378, as our IT team will need to investigate this further for you.

If you aren't using Chrome -

• Is your Acrobat reader up to date? (https://get.adobe.com/reader)
• If updating your Acrobat doesn't fix the issue, have you tried using Chrome? (http://www.google.com/chrome/)
