Why have I received a back in stock email and the item is not in stock?Updated 21 days ago

We’re so sorry — we know how disappointing that can be to receieve a Your request is here!' email and the item has already sold out.

This can happen for a couple of reasons:

  • It sold out quickly – Popular styles can disappear within minutes of being restocked.
  • Limited stock – Sometimes we only receive a small number of pieces, and they’re snapped up fast.
